Cancel anytime, You are eligible for a return, if for any reason you feel that our service is not up to your expectations or you believe that our service in some way does not meet your standards of excellence. Request a cancellation and only pay for the period you have consumed
Several types of services are exempt from being returned.

- Downloadable software products
- Games
- Game pass ultimate subscriptions
- Ps plus subscriptions
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved or declined.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your paypal account again.
